Sam Bakri, M.D., MBA, is a medical doctor and a serial healthcare entrepreneur. He is founder and CEO of SolasCure, a clinical-stage, venture-backed biotechnology company. Sam is also founder and vice chairman of Gelmetix and executive chairman of CELEX Oncology. He has held various roles at biotech and pharmaceutical companies and has served in advisory positions related to trade for the U.K. government. He holds a medical degree from the University of London and an MBA from Harvard Business School, where was a Fulbright scholar and recipient of the Arthur Rock entrepreneurship scholarship.
